Q: It's kinda a long story but to boil it down, we went on a first date and i thought it went great. she smiled the whole time and the conversation actually meant something. so i skipped the two day waiting time and called her the next day to see if she wanted to hang out again. she didnt call or text me back at all until the the next day. she said that her phone was really jacked up and that she was getting it replaced. i did try to call her yesterday (two days after she called me about the phone) and it went straight to voicemail. later that night i sent her a message on facebook asking her is she was interested in a second date. i havent heard back at all and am wondering if you think the whole thing was just a play.
A: She’s probably not interested. Leave it in her hands. If she’s into it, she would have either called or emailed back. Move on and assume all the smiles on date 1 were just to keep her options open.
