Q: Dear dating girl, need some help. Met this girl in my architecture class and invited her to a party. We were hitting it off and I ended up going home with her but we didn't hook up cause her roommate was there. None the less we fell asleep holding hands. Now we just hang out and text a lot. I invited her to this formal but she said she didn't want it to be too "date like," I asked her if it could be a little date like and she said sure. Is she just trying not to rush into a relationship or is the fact that nothing has happened in 2 weeks mean she's not into me. What do I do?
A: Guessing she's not that into you. She wouldn't have said that 'date like' thing if she was. You can keep going at it but don't get too invested until she allows a date-like date!

Q: My girlfriend has been working hard all semester and just recently won the collegiate climbing series for womens in FL. I would like to get her a gift for all her hard work this year, but I really can't think of anything she would like, do you have any suggestions?

Q: Dear Dating Girl, I really like the advice you give others and was hoping for the same help. I am a divorced father in his early thirties that seems to be in a dating rut. Any suggestions for meeting family oriented women?
A: Go online. Match.com types are good for meeting a lot of people in a short amount of time and it's pretty easy to see that you have kids so the ladies will know right off the bat and either reply to your emails or not. Good luck!

Q: My gf wants me to paint my bedroom lt blue but that sounds terrible to me. She hates the navy idea. We keep arguing about it so we decided to get your opinion...
A: What about a neutral like khaki? If not, I like lt blue better than navy. Navy will be so dark and closed feeling. Sorry for siding with the girl.
