Q: DG,

I had been seeing this great girl back in January and I thought that things were going really well, but the problem is that we haven't been out since then. We both have busy work schedules which makes finding time hard - but for the last month and a half every time we could have gotten together she's had some excuse. She still calls frequently and returns messages right away, and always says that we need to go out again soon - but I still can't help but feel that I'm being blown off. I really like her, but I've been really frustrated lately because I don't think she is putting much effort into making time to get together. How much longer should I keep trying before giving up and moving on?

A: Make one more date and when you secure the time, tell her if this one doesn’t go thru, you’re throwing the towel in. No excuses this time! Then you really have to follow through. If she says yes, then breaks it, you’re done. She can’t keep pushing you back. If she was really into it, she would find a way to go.

Let me know what happens!!

Love the Madness,
DG
