Q: I've been getting this creeping feeling that my girlfriend of close to two years is not the right one, and that I'm not the right one for her either. Would continuing to (attempt to) iron out differences be taking out more than it would be delivering good to the relationship?
A: After 2 years, you should attempt to make it right but if you know it’s not and won’t be, then you should cut the strings as quickly as possible. No reason to drag it out and waste your time and hers.
Be honest and respectful and one day you’ll be able to be friendly if you want.
