Q: DG I'm in a bit of a situation. I've been with a girl for about a month now but I need to get out of it. She's a great girl, cool, and one of the more interesting girls I've been with, but I'm just not feeling it anymore. I kinda mentioned the other night that things were "different" and she got very upset. Here's what's holding me back- I live with my brother who happens to be with my girlfriend's sister and I'm friends with her and she's always over my house too. Is it possible to end this without burning any bridges between my gf and her sister?
A: If you’re not into her, you just have to end it so you’re not stringing her along. If you’re honest with her and respect her, then you can salvage the friendship with the sister but I wouldn’t make that your main focus.
Be nice, honest, respectful and after the initial hurt goes away, everyone is better off!
