Q: Lets get serious. This problem has to happen a lot. I know I am not the only weak male out there. I have been dating my wonderful girlfriend for a year and eight months. We took things slow, but have become rather serious the last eight months and it is make or break time. We either break up with her or we are in it for the long run. She is a wonderful girl, but I am not as attracted to her (not physically) as I used to be. I want out, but she wants marriage. I don't have the courage to break her heart. I don't want to hurt such a wonderful girl.

A: Definitely break up and do it as soon as possible. The worst thing you can do is waste her time and string her along. As long as you’re respectful and honest, she’ll be ok in the long run and she’ll like you more for it. you’ll definitely hurt her a little now but you’ll both be better off for it.
Don’t wait! I know it’s easier said than done, but I’m seeing it from the girl’s perspective and that’s what I would want.

Hope that helps!

DG
