Q: Me again. :) OK, I have finally decided that I don't
want to be a yo-yo anymore. I want to call her, and tell her how great
she is, and ask her if she is interested in more. Am I insane? How can
I pull this off without seeming pushy, or ridiculous? The whole
situation is awkward. I have never known a girl like her. . . It's too
complex!


A: Rental: You can just go for it! Just tell her you're not good at playing games and you don't want to push her away or anything but you want to date her and see where things can go and see if she's into it. Don't beat around the bush,
don't carry on too long, and make sure you have an out in case she says no.
So start the convo with, "I'm about to meet a friend but I wanted to call
and get something off my chest...." That way at the end, you can say, "Ok,
I'm meeting so and so now but I'll talk to you soon...."
