Q: Hi. I met my girlfriend on an on-line dating service, but don't want my friends to know so I just make up a story about how we met. Should I be embarrassed to say we met on-line or should I just accept it and tell them?

A: Everybody and everybody is or has been on a dating site. Nothing to be embarrassed about. If you are embarrassed though, you can always say you were set up. Just don’t tell them you were set up by a website.
