What's the best way to flirt successfully with a waitress? Most of them get hit on daily by creepers. So they tune it out. What approach could I use that would convey my sincerity, make me stand out from the 10 other guys she's serving and get the digits?

Q: Just be honest, cute, shy but confident. She may not trust you anyway, cause really, what do you know about her to like her except that she’s cute? Try to get to know her. Talk while she serves your food. Make small talk about the weather and then move into more important things like food, movies, etc. Then ask her out. Hopefully she’ll think you’re more sincere if you make the effort.
