So there is this really cute girl that i know at work, We've hung out as friends, with other friends before. She's got the best personality, really sweet and I think we would be a great couple.
She doesn't seem to get that I like her, Should I be more assertive and tell her?

A: Are you getting a good read from her? Don’t expect her to make the first move but you don’t want to be too aggressive. Get a little more flirty and touchy and if she responds positively, ask her out!
