Q: Hey DG,
I am interested in a girl who lives a couple of hours away. We hit it off when we met and she came down to visit a few weeks ago, we had an awesome time. I invited her to come visit again and she told she would like to come Saturday through Tuesday then leave for 3 days to visit some family, then come back again for a few more days. How do I tactfully tell her I am cool with the first trip, but the second trip may be a bit much?

A: Can you make up an excuse about being busy with work/school/family/friend’s bday, etc? Sounds like she’s cool but not cool enough for 2 trips - which isn’t the best sign! If things were going differently, I wouldn’t suggest lying but I don’t think there’s any way around this one.
