Q: My girlfriend and I decided to exchange special gifts to celebrate living together five years without one serious fight. She gave me golf clubs and I gave her a vacuum cleaner. Now she won’t talk to me. I don’t get it! It was a very nice vacuum. Where did go wrong?
A: Did you ever see Father of the Bride? He gave her a blender and she flipped. But then he said it was because she likes to make shakes and it turned out to be a romantic and sentimental. Did you give her the vacuum for a special reason as opposed to because she’s the woman and should be cleaning? I’m sure there’s a great reason so let her know what it is and hopefully you can turn this thing around!
