Q: Is it bad to want my gf to work out and keep in shape? She has gained about 10 lbs in the past couple months.

A: It’s not bad for you to want her to be healthy and happy but it is bad if you want her to look good on your arm. You should try to get to the root of the problem but it’s a Very sensitive issue so be gentle and carry a sword. Is she depressed? Is she a yoyo dieter? Is she eating with you or closet eating? I would worry if she’s unhappy and closet eating. If she’s happy and eating more because you guys go out to dinners and eat aps and desserts, then blow it off. You guys can make us eat more when we date because we don’t want to seem like that girl who only gets salads.

Anyway, if it’s something serious, get real help!
